Upper Training
Upper Training is a strength workout designed for those who want to reinforce the upper body and sculpt a defined physique.
Over the course of 45 minutes, we focus on training the back, chest, shoulders, and arms. Expect intensive sets of presses and push-ups to target the chest, various rows to build a strong back, and targeted isolation for the biceps and triceps. We pay special attention to the core muscles to ensure toned abs and perfect posture.
