CANDLELIGHT Yoga

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A soft, grounding practice for those who want to slow down, exhale, and spend some time with themselves. No focus on performance, results, or achievements — just movement, breath, and a sense of calm within.

The session lasts 55 minutes and is suitable for any level of experience. This is a gentle yoga practice designed to release tension in the body, reset the nervous system, and bring your attention back to yourself.

The class takes place in a candlelit space and is accompanied by a light aroma of essential oils, creating a feeling of warmth and comfort. If you’d like, you can apply the scent to your wrists — a small ritual to anchor this state and make the moment more personal.

We begin by closing our eyes and setting an intention for the practice. It can be anything you need right now: letting go of tension, finding balance, or simply allowing yourself to rest.

At the end, you’ll be guided into about 10 minutes of shavasana with soft instrumental sounds and singing bowls to help the body fully relax and the mind slow down.

After the practice, we’ll stay for a cozy tea moment together. If you wish, you’ll be invited to write down a supportive phrase for yourself — something simple like “I take care of myself” or “I allow myself to rest” — and carry this feeling with you beyond the studio.

Training is focused on developing flexibility and physical endurance.

In this session, we will work on:

- asanas (poses) that help keep the body healthy, beautiful, and strong;
- pranayama (breathing exercises) that teach you to regulate your breath and control your emotions;
- concentration of attention, to calm the mind and direct energy into constructive pathways for your spiritual growth;
- shavasana (relaxation) that allows you to connect with your true self.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If this is your first time at a training session, you should definitely arrive 15 minutes before the start to get a briefing.
Be sure to bring a water bottle with you. In our dressing room you will be able to collect delicious filtered drinking water.
Don't be late! After the start of training, we do not let you into the gym. You can be injured if you don't stretch and warm up. And it would be unfair to disturb the atmosphere of the class set up by the coach.
We have free boxing gloves. You also need to have your own inner gloves or buy them at the reception.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack to keep you energized and beat everyone in your workout.
In the changing room you can borrow a free small face towel.
During the workout, our trainers take stories so that you can be proud of yourself afterwards. Because if you didn’t take a photo or video at a workout, then consider that you weren’t there   😁

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
You can cancel registration for a class without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.

Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
