Olesia’s love for sport began in childhood — she loves movement and believes that movement is life.
She holds a degree in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. She started her professional path working as a physical and occupational therapist with both adults and children, but her passion for active sport eventually became her main focus.
She has completed numerous courses and certifications, including iFit “Trainer. Basics of Anatomy,” DOG Trainers School “Fundamentals of TRX Functional Training,” Stretching, Melnichenko Fitness Camp, and Rocktape “FMT Basic,” and continues to develop her skills.
She has over 6 years of coaching experience. Since 2022, she has been actively practicing CrossFit and continues to fall more in love with this training style every day.
Classes she teaches: Power, Power Girls, Games, Games UA, TRX.
