Taisiia Liatska

Taia has been developing and exploring the capabilities of her body throughout her life and has been involved in sports since early childhood.
She completed yoga therapy training to gain a deeper understanding of the connection between movement and health. Taisiia believes that regular yoga practice helps you better feel and control your body. Through asanas, she discovered self-love and acceptance of her physical body — something she aims to help everyone achieve.
She is also a professional model and loves dog meetups with her beloved Hinata.
